Alliance president Jane Koppenheffer recently hosted a webinar about “Leading from Where You Are”. The event was attended by over 150 employees of Alera who benefited from Jane’s interviews of 5 women who have mentees in Alera's Women's Mentorship Program this year. Part of the event featured breakout rooms where individuals networked and discussed relevant topics.
