On December 31, 2022, the non-Alera Group members of The Insurance Alliance Network, Inc. (Christian-Baker Company, Gearhart-Herr & Company, Inc., Harding Yost Insurance Associates, Inc., Hutchison Insurance Agency, Inc., Miers Insurance, Inc., PDM Insurance Agency, Inc. and The Stoll Agency, Inc.) purchased the shareholder interest in the organization held by former majority owner, Alera Group, Inc.
As of January 1, 2023, Rob Fitzgerald of Christian-Baker Company will be President with Joe Lapi of Harding-Yost Insurance Associates, Inc. serving as Chairman of the Board. Amy Gohsler of The Insurance Alliance Network, Inc. has accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer.
The Insurance Alliance Network, Inc. was founded in 1997 and its members are a collective of 7 premier independent agencies located in the Central, greater Lehigh Valley and Southeast regions of Pennsylvania.

Tyler Eberly Dan Trump
Tyler has been working at HYI for 11 years as a Commercial Account Executive. He is a 2006 graduate of Cocalico High School and has a degree from Shippensburg University. Tyler is a participant in several community organizations including President of Denver-Ephrata Rotary, Board VP of the Northern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board for the Cocalico Baseball Organization. He resides in Adamstown, PA with his wife, Katie.
Dan has been in the insurance industry since 2008 with a focus on Commercial Insurance. He has been with HYI since 2013 as a Commercial Account Executive. Previously he worked at a large agency in the Greater Philadelphia area on large, national, commercial accounts. Dan is involved in the local community and sits on the East Hempfield Recreation Authority Board. He graduated from Bloomsburg University and is a resident of East Hempfield-Lancaster, PA. He lives with his wife, Courtney, and two daughters McKenna and Maren.
